Drop 20 Pounds in 6 Weeks!

Woman measuring waistIs it possible? Yes, it is! I have done it. Of course, it is easier for men to drop over 20 pounds in 6 weeks.

I have been implementing a program for a few years here in the office. Maybe you have seen some flyers while you were on the wobble chair.

The program focuses on getting your body in a fat burning mode. It is an anti-inflammatory, low glycemic program. The main focus of the program is dropping weight. This will be done by eating only wholesome foods. No shakes or supplements to take. It is Real food. You are eating protein, vegetables & fruit.

The first couple of days you can eat a bread component. However, I recommend removing all grains and sticking to the protein, vegetables and fruit. You are going to the grocery store and learning how to shop and buy healthy food. You are learning new and easy healthy recipes.

Believe me, I am not the best cook, and I was able to make meals my entire family could eat. My favorite is taco salad. I start with grassfed ground beef that I cook with taco seasoning.  I use Siete mild taco seasoning. I put lettuce in the bowl first, topped with the taco meat and add cooked spaghetti squash. I’ll add my fruit right on top of it. So Yummy!

An easy lunch is low sodium turkey with sliced carrots. Its cold, Its easy and it hits the spot.

The program is supported with homeopathic drops. There is no caffeine or stimulant in the drops. Only amino acids & B vitamins. The ingredients are Made in the USA.

You will be fasting in the morning. Eating lunch & dinner every day.

There is no crazy exercise program to follow. Gentle stretching and walking are encouraged.

There are three phases to the program.

  1. Loading phase – Increase calorie intake to get your metabolism going.
  2. Losing phase – your focus is to drop weight.
  3. Locking in phase – re setting your metabolism & lock in this new weight.

When the program is followed, the average weight loss is 20lbs over 6 weeks. Help a loved one reach their dream weight & decrease the inflammation in their body. The best part of the program is that you will be supervised daily by the doctor, me, Dr. Kelly.

Each day you will text me your numbers. I will be closely monitoring your progress.

It is very frustrating to eat healthy all week and not drop a pound. Then the weekend comes, and you blow it. With this program, it is very rewarding to feel the change in your clothes.

We will tweak the program daily if needed to make sure you stay in fat burning mode. The only thing this program is missing is fat. But our bodies have done a wonderful job storing fat for this exact occasion. You need fat for overall health. You will be supporting your body as your own body pulls the fat that you have stored out!
