2024 Olympics

Bicyclers2024 Olympics Opening Ceremony is this Friday at 1 pm CST.

I enjoy watching the opening ceremony of the Olympics. I also try to watch the closing ceremony too but don’t always get to it. I am not a die-hard fan of any Olympic sport. The 2024 Olympics will feature 32 sports and 329 events.

It is fun for me to watch swimming events. Do you recall Michael Phelps? 23 Olympic gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze medals! His Chiropractor is Dr. Kevin Rindal. He was the USA Swimming Team Chiropractor when Michael Phelps was competing in the Olympics. Dr. Rindal specializes in sport chiropractic and performance enhancement. A few seconds makes a difference. Dr. Kevin Rindal provided Phelps with chiropractic care that included spinal adjustments, soft tissue work, and other therapies to enhance his performance, manage pain, and aid recovery.

The 2024 Summer Olympics will be in Paris from July 26 to August 11. This event marks the return of the Summer Olympics to Paris after 100 years, the last being in 1924.

I found it interesting that the Olympic Village will be located in the Seine-Saint-Denis area, just north of Paris. After the Games, the village will be transformed into housing and public facilities, ensuring a lasting legacy. The organizing committee also aims to deliver the first carbon-neutral Olympics by implementing a series of measures to reduce the environmental impact. These measures include the use of 100% renewable energy, sustainable construction practices, and promoting public transportation. – So cool!
