Immune Support

Happy Tuesday! ? Dr Kelly here. Back to School Immune Support.
The start of school means new germs at school, but also new germs coming home with your child.
What are some easy and healthy ways to protect yourself?

1) This may seem very basic…. Wash your hands.
It does not need to be with antibacterial soap. It is the physical motion of washing your hands and rinsing them under water.
When you come into the house, go wash your hands.
As Hippocrates said, let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
2) A breakfast smoothie is a wonderful way to get your nutrients in during the hustle of the morning.
3)Oils Essential oils add support to your body. I use a roller ball of our own immune support blend. I put it on at night and in the morning.
